General Requirement :

• Posses a diploma / degree from reputable Hospitality School or University
• Minimum 1 year of track record in relevant position in Hos pitality Industry
• Well groomed, energetic, proactive, guest oriented, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
• Computer literate

• Able to operate Opera Hotel System & Internet
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent communication in English (Mandarin or other languages will be an advantage
